When using any type of service we think you should know exactly what you’re paying. Small print and hidden costs annoy us as much as they annoy you. Our fees are simple. Our Packages prices are competitive and you can upgrade from one to the other by paying the difference, so you still get the greatest discount.

NEUROFEEDBACK INITIAL APPOINTMENT
WE RECOMMEND YOU START WITH AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT
*Our Initial Appointment includes the initial consultation and your first Neurofeedback session. To support the continuity of your treatment, if you decide to proceed with a Neurofeedback package and have your 2nd session within 7 days, we’ll credit £145 towards your package. You can upgrade from one package to another by paying the difference.
If you decide to continue after 20 sessions then the per session price is discounted to £90 (London £100). We recommend you commit to 20 sessions (each session taking approximately 45 minutes from arrival to departure). This ensures there is enough training for the brain to learn and begin to self-regulate effectively. Most clients are also suitable for ‘double sessions’ that last 75 minutes from start to finish.

A Brain Map is not required for Infra-Low Frequency Neurofeedback, one of the most advanced and effective approaches available today. Rest assured, the quality of your Neurofeedback experience will not be compromised if you choose not to have one.
However, some clients find the insights from a Brain Map invaluable, offering a deeper understanding of how their brain has developed or adapted to past experiences. Our Brain Maps go beyond standard data, providing meaningful information and actionable insights that you won’t find elsewhere.
Our Brain Maps utilise unique databases to identify neuromarkers in brainwave patterns, offering a highly personalised view of your brain’s activity. We offer three levels of Brain Maps to suit your needs:
- QEEGPro Basic: Using the unique QEEGPro database, we correlate symptoms with brainwave patterns, offering a highly personalized view of your brain’s activity. A short, straightforward report..
- QEEGPro Standard: Everything in QEEG Pro Basic, plus more detailed analysis, prividing a deeper understanding of your brain networks. This version includes a telephone de-brief.
- Advanced QEEG Brain Map (AQBM): This comprehensive option is based on the groundbreaking research of Dr. David Kaiser, who has studied the effects of psychological trauma on our brains. The AQBM provides a rich, nuanced understanding of your brain’s development and adaptation.
For those needing raw files for devices such as Neuronic, the £249 price includes a complimentary QEEGPro Basic report.
Brain Map data capture is currently available routinely in London, Farnborough, and Egham, and by arrangement in Crawley and Birmingham.

Home Training and Premium At-Home Services
We offer a home-training option which offers a significant benefit in terms of convenience and travel time and costs; we train someone to operate the equipment in your home under the supervision of one of our Practitioners. The price of our 20-session home training package over 5 weeks is £2,595, with options to extend duration, or add more sessions, or add additional family members at a discount. More details here.
For clients who are particularly time poor or who are high profile and need a higher level of discretion than our public clinics provide, we offer a home or hotel training service where we come to you. Pricing guidelines are £500 per session inside the M25 and £1000 per session elsewhere on the UK mainland.
