Is it right for you?
Home training is not suitable for everyone
Home neurofeedback is available to selected clients who can follow the programme and have a technically confident family member or other nominated home trainer to operate the equipment.
A novice cannot practically conduct neurofeedback on themselves, so the person receiving neurofeedback and the home trainer must be different people.

Home training can be more cost-effective, but its principal benefits are convenience and the opportunity to train more frequently without travelling to a clinic.
