Researchers in London & Southampton are looking for ‘baby scientists’ aged 0-11 months who have a sibling or parent diagnosed with ADHD to help with the Babylab research into early signs of ADHD.
Funded by charity MQ, if you are selected as a Baby Scientist you either get to watch cartoons at home or travel all expenses paid to London to watch Peppa Pig whilst the grown-up scientists take some measurements, whilst your daddy holds you and your mummy does some shopping !
They are hoping to learn more about:
- how babies recognise faces
- how babies learn to pay attention to some things and not others
- how they learn to understand what other people do and think
- how their language and understanding of the world develops
